LCMXO2-256HC-6UMG64I Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 64-VFBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. A total of 44 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. The supply voltage is 2.5V volts. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. With a supply voltage of 2.375V~3.465V, this device operates with ease. It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the MachXO2 series of FPGAs. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ. During the installation of this device, 45 outputs were incorporated. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has a total of 64 terminations. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number LCMXO2-256. In this case, there are 64 pins on the board. 32 LABs and CLBs are built into this FPGA.
