There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. A fundamental building block consists of 4320 logic elements/cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. There is a Field Programmable Gate Arrays family component in this FPGA part.
