LCMXO2-7000HE-5FTG256C Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Its 206 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. A fundamental building block contains 6864 logic elements or cells. An electrical supply voltage of 1.2V powers it. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.14V~1.26V and uses a battery to supply power. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the MachXO2 series of FPGAs. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. During the installation of this device, 207 outputs were incorporated.
