LCMXO2280C-3FT256C Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. The FLASH PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. Logic blocks consist of 2280 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. A supply voltage of 1.71V~3.465V is needed in order for fpga chips to operate. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the MachXO seies. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~85°C TJ when operating. The device has 211 outputs that are integrated into it. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. As a whole, it has 256 terminations. As far as the RAM bits are concerned, this device offers you a total of 28262.
