LCMXO2280C-3FTN324C Overview


There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 324-LBGA package and X package. FLASH PLD is the component of this type of FPGA. This device features 271 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. The basic building blocks of logic contain 2280 logic elements/cells.
