Fpga chips is supplied in the 144-LQFP package. The FLASH PLD-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. This device features 113 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 2280 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V. A Field Programmable Gate Arrays-series FPGA part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.71V~3.465V . An FPGA belonging to the MachXO series is referred to as an FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~100°C TJ.
