There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 324-LBGA package and X package. An FPGA of this type is made up of FLASH PLD gates. There are 271 I/Os for better data transfer. A fundamental building block is made up of 2280 logic elements/cells. Supply voltage is 1.2V volts. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family.
