There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-LQFP package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FLASH PLD is used. The device has 78 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block consists of 256 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.8V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family.
