This package is included in the 100-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and is available for purchase. FLASH PLD is the component of this type of FPGA. 74 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. Power is provided by a 1.8V-volt supply. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.71V~3.465V . It is a type of FPGA belonging to the MachXO seies. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within 0°C~85°C TJ at all times. During the installation of this device, 74 outputs were incorporated. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. Total terminations are 100. LCMXO640 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. The FPGA module's RAM si0Be reaches 0B in order to ensure that the program operates in a normal manner. 100 pins are designed into the device. The FPGA is built as an array of 80 latches or CLBs.
