LF147J Overview


A 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case is used to package the op amp. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. In the case of Tube cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins on it. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 20V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier device, to be precise. An 14-pin op amp ic is included in the package. Op amp ic rates 5mV for input offset voltage. This electronic part is recommended for mounting type Through Hole. The buffer amplifier functions well at -55°C~125°C as far as operating temperature is concerned. Using a supply current of 7.2mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. It is recommended to keep the voltage gain at 100dB at all times. 4 elements make up the design of this buffer amplifier.
