LF21235TMR Overview


This Tape & Reel (TR) package protects the magnetic switch from damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches have been packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. For good performance, magnetic switches can supply 1.5μA Typ as their maximum current. For magnetic switches, the maximum current should be 9mA.
