A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 20 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1MHz. Input voltage 2.95V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V.
