For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.95V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
