It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Space-saving 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.285V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LM22673 family of voltage regulator 12vs. A voltage of 1.285V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 8 pins. A maximum output current of 3A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 37V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the SIMPLE SWITCHER? family. With 42V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. Voltage regulator consumes 3.4mA A of quiescent current without being affected by outside forces. Adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is ensured based on the minimal supply voltage of 4.5V V.
