LM25011AMYE Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is Up to 2MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 42V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation.
