LM25116MH/NOPB Overview


The switching controller fits in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 6V~42V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 50kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of terminations with 20 of dc switching.
