For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 60V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation.
