This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 4V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage.
