In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz.
