This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 7 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz~200kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
