The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V.
