A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 5 terminations were made. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-220-5 Formed Leads package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Through Hole mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 3A. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 40V.
