For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-220-5 Formed Leads package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. Featuring a 3A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 40V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LM2596. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 37V volts. There are 5 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. Despite external influences, voltage regulator consumes 5mA A of quiescent current. In order to ensure reliable performance, the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage is 4.5V volts. A maximum supply voltage of 40V is required for adjusting voltage regulator to operate. With a frequency of 150kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator maintains high accuracy.
