For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 7 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. 150kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 4.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 5V.
