LM2623LD/NOPB Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 14 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. There is a 14-WFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 300kHz~2MHz switching frequencies. Regulator 0.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 0.8V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.24V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2.2A Switch output current. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
