LM26420YMHX/NOPB Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package to save space. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 550kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 5V.
