LM2647LQ/NOPB Overview


In the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 5.5V~28V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in a -5°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~500kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the BOTTOM position. An array of 28 terminations of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 5V.
