For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TJ when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 80kHz. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to -Vin 2Vin volts. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 40mA. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 5V for the purposes of operation. The regulator voltage is included in the Other Analog ICs subcategory of voltage regulators. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LM2664 family of voltage regulator 12vs. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at -5.5V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 6 pins are required. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about -5.5V at the very least.
