LM2670S-5.0 Overview


Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 7 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 260kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. With its peak reflow temperature of 235, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
