LM2675M-12/NOPB Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 6.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1A output current. There is a maximum input voltage of 40V for this voltage regulator 12v.
