As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A voltage regulator consists of 7 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 260kHz.
