For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 550kHz. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V. In the particular voltage regulators, the LM2734 family is represented.
