LM2738XSD/NOPB Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.5A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 20V.
