LM27402MHX/NOPB Overview


It comes in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 16 terminations with various dc switching's functions. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 12V.
