LM27402SQ/NOPB Overview


It comes in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 3V~20V and has a 3V~20V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. It can switch at 200kHz~1.2MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking which allows efficient switching control.
