With its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3V~6V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 50kHz~1MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking for efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . Various 14 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 3.3V.
