As a result of 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3V~5.5V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 50kHz~1MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 14 terminations.
