LM2842YMK-ADJL/NOPB Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.25MHz. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.765V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible.
