LM2854MH-1000/NOPB Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.05MHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 5V is required for switching regulator operation. The LM2854 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts. 16 pins are used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 4A A to meet the operation requirements.
