LM3000ASQX/NOPB Overview


Capsuled in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 2, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 3.3V~5.5V. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at QUAD. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 32 terminations.
