This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Up to 1MHz.
