LM311N Discription


The LM111 series is a voltage comparator whose input current is about 100 times lower than that of devices such as A710 and is designed for a wider supply voltage range from a standard + 15V operational amplifier power supply to a single 3V power supply. Their output is compatible with RTL.DTland TL and MOS circuits. A little further. They can drive the lamp or relay switch voltage up to 50V at a current of up to 50 mA. The input and output of the LM111 series can be isolated from the system ground. And the output can drive the load of the reference ground. Positive or negative power supply.
