LM319N Description


The LM319N is a single monolithic device with precision high-speed dual comparators. They're made to work with a wide range of supply voltages, all the way down to a single 5-volt logic supply and ground. In comparison to devices like the LM710, they feature a higher gain and lower input current. The LM119 is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL, and can drive lamps and relays at currents up to 25 mA, thanks to the output stage's uncommitted collector.
