LM319N Description

The LM319N is a single monolithic chip with a precision high-speed dual comparator. It can function from a wide range of supply voltages down to a single 5V logic supply and ground. They feature a higher gain and lower input current than LM710 devices. The LM319N is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TTL and can drive lamps and relays at currents up to 25 mA thanks to the output stage's non-dedicated collector. The LM319N is more precise than the conventional LM319, with tighter offset voltage, offset current, and voltage gain tolerances.
Although the LM319N is particularly intended for applications that require power from digital logic supplies, it is entirely compatible with supplies up to 15 V. This series is faster than the LM111, albeit at the cost of larger power consumption. The LM319N is more adaptable than previous devices like the LM711 because of its high speed, wide operating voltage range, and small package size. The temperature range for the LM319 is 0°C to +70°C.
