LM339AN Description

The LM339AN is a low power, low offset voltage quad comparator with a maximum offset voltage of 2mV for all four comparators. This comparator is specifically intended to function over a wide variety of voltages from a single power supply. Split power supply operation is also conceivable, and the low power supply current drain is independent of power supply voltage magnitude. This comparator also has a unique feature in that the input common-mode voltage range includes ground, despite the fact that it is powered by a single power supply voltage. The LMx39-N series was designed to connect directly with TTL and CMOS. When powered from both plus and minus power supplies, the devices directly interface with MOS logic, where the LM339's low power consumption is a notable benefit over typical comparator.
