LM3477MM Overview


Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~35V. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
