LM3478QMM/NOPB Overview


Capsuled in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 2.97V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. It can switch at 100kHz~1MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control.
