To save board space, it uses the 16-WFBGA, DSBGA package. In LED drivers, the outputs are all set to 2.Mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.There is no doubt that this is a very efficient and reliable DC DC Regulator.It is possible for the led driver ic to operate normally at -30°C~85°C TA.The benefits it provides to Camera Flash are considerable.In this case, it uses 16 terminations.The LED light driver has a base configuration of 16 pins.Undetermined failures will occur if the voltage supply is less than 2.5V.In total, it includes 2 segments.There is a mounting of it by Surface Mount.The LED driver is available under the part number LM3554.There is no problem with the voltage of 5.5V.The voltage at the output terminal is 5V.16 pins are included in it.It is designed to operate at a minimal voltage of 2.7V to achieve the highest efficiency.With a minimum supply current less than 630μA, this device achieves high efficiency.In this case, the load can only be supplied with 1.2A current.When the switching frequency is maintained at 2MHz, this electronic component is able to fully play its functions.When no external factors are present, there is 630μA current consumption.
