16-WFBGA, DSBGA package saves space on the board. LED drivers are designed with 1 outputs.Surface Mount is used for mounting.When it emerges as a DC DC Regulator, it shows high-performance and reliability.The led light driver is capable of working normally at -30°C~85°C TA.Camera Flash has many advantages.It is designed to work with 16 terminations.There are 16 pins on the base of this LED driver.It consists of 2 segments.Surface Mount has been mounted with the device.LED drivers are found under the base part number LM3565.An acceptable maximum value for the supply voltage is 5.5V.5.5V~8.5V is the output voltage.With a minimum input voltage of 2.5V volts, it can operate.In order to achieve highest efficiency standards, the supply voltage must be very low, preferably at 2.5V.Supply current is limited to 5.5V at its maximum value.It is possible to provide high efficiency when the maximal supply current is less than 10mA.The load is capable of receiving 930mA current.Having the switching frequency at 4MHz enables this electronic component to perform at its best.A current of 10mA is consumed in the absence of external influences.Voltages should not exceed 8.5V volts at the output.A voltage of 5.5V is maintained as the minimal voltage it outputs.
