Its 12-UFBGA, DSBGA package is used to save board space. A LED driver with 1 outputs is designed.Mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.With high efficiency, it appears as a DC DC Regulator.It is possible for the led driver ic to operate normally at -40°C~85°C TA.Camera Flash has many advantages.The operation of this system is supported by 12 terminations.Its configuration is based on 12 pins.There are estimated to be 1 segments.Surface Mount has been mounted with the device.LED drivers can be found under the base part number LM3648.The voltage of 5.5V is acceptable.Initially, it accepts a voltage of 2.5V.Currently, the supply current can only reach 5.5V.This electronic component can fully perform its functions when the switching frequency is kept at 4MHz.When operating with a maximum output current of 1.5A, it can deliver all the benefits of a LED driver.A current of 300μA is consumed in the absence of external influences.
